Why use three Google review stands?
A three-pack is designed for businesses with several predictable customer handoffs but no need for a large custom quote. Use one at reception, one at checkout, and one at pickup—or assign the stands to three departments or nearby locations.
Before opening the box, create a simple placement map with a name, location, review destination, and responsible team member for each stand. That small step prevents similar-looking units from being swapped and makes future link checks much easier.
If you only have one high-value handoff, start with the single stand. If you have five distinct placements, the five-pack offers a larger coordinated rollout.
Choose plain or custom-logo stands
Select black or white and choose either the standard WhyILike design or your custom logo. A plain three-pack is the fastest path for a pilot or an internal rollout. Custom-logo stands help public-facing locations use a consistent branded prompt.
For custom orders, vector artwork is preferred and a high-resolution PNG is accepted. A proof normally arrives within three business days, with one revision included. Review the logo, spelling, color, and placement carefully. Production can begin after proof approval, and no artwork changes are available after approval.
Compare the complete custom Google review products collection if branding is your main buying criterion.
How each stand works
Each stand uses passive NFC and a visible QR code to open a managed WhyILike link. The account owner chooses the destination and can update it later without replacing the stand. A customer taps with a compatible phone or scans with the camera, follows the destination, and decides whether and what to post.
The stands require no batteries or charging. They do not write, rate, or submit a review. The QR code remains available when a customer does not use NFC.
Plan three placements—not three pieces of decor
Put each stand where a service interaction naturally ends and where a customer can use it without pressure. Good examples include reception after checkout, a pickup counter, a treatment-coordination desk, or a service desk after a problem is resolved.
Train staff to make a brief, neutral invitation: “If you’d like to share an honest review, you can tap or scan here.” Do not offer incentives, ask for five stars, suggest review language, or selectively invite only customers expected to be positive.
Free link management and optional software
Paid software is not required. A free WhyILike account manages each stand’s redirect, including destination changes. Optional software can add broader analytics, monitoring, response, and follow-up workflows after your team has proven the physical process.
Read about Google review products with no required subscription before deciding whether software solves an additional need.
Shipping, returns, and three-year replacement support
WhyILike ships within the contiguous United States. Plain stands normally leave the facility within two business days. Custom-logo stands normally leave within five business days after proof approval. Carrier transit is additional.
Undamaged noncustom stands may be returned within 30 days. The customer pays return postage, and the refund is processed after receipt and inspection. Custom-logo stands are nonreturnable except for a confirmed defect, transit damage, or WhyILike production error.
Each stand includes a three-year replacement warranty for covered physical damage or NFC failure. Replacement is the warranty remedy. Loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, harsh-chemical damage, and failures controlled solely by third-party devices or services are excluded.
