These terms govern your access to this website, online store, and free tools. By browsing, using a tool, creating a cart, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence to make a purchase. WhyILike is owned and operated by Forbis Productions LLC.
Use of the site
You may use the site only for lawful purchasing and ordinary use of its tools. You may not interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, automate or make bulk business lookups, evade request limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse checkout, or use site content or customer information without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, providers, or other people.
Google Maps features and content
The business-name lookup in our review-link tool includes Google Maps features and content supplied through Google Maps Platform's Places API. Your use of those features and content is subject to the currentGoogle Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Serviceand theGoogle Privacy Policy. Our use of the service is also governed by theGoogle Maps Platform Terms of Service.
Google supplies and ranks the lookup results. whyilike does not guarantee that a result is complete, current, or the listing you intended, and selection does not prove ownership or control of a Business Profile. You are responsible for choosing the correct public location and testing its review destination before sharing or printing it. Google may change, limit, or discontinue its features or content.
Products, prices, and availability
We work to describe products, colors, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Screens and natural materials can vary, and we do not guarantee that every display is exact. Prices and assortments may change without notice.
We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by incorrect pricing, inventory, suspected fraud, or an unavailable item. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when we dispatch it or otherwise confirm fulfillment.
You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected method for the order total, including displayed taxes and shipping. You are responsible for accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

You may use the site to evaluate and purchase products, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all site information will always be error-free. Product warranties, if any, are the warranties expressly provided with those products.
Product information is not a substitute for following setup, placement, platform, and device instructions. To the extent permitted by law, whyilike is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable law, except where mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over Forbis Productions LLC and the transaction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
We may update these terms when the store, products, or legal requirements change. The current terms will remain posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
