Returns & product warranty

An unused, undamaged stand without a custom logo may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition.

Standard returns are made by mail. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and instructions. Unless WhyILike confirms otherwise in writing for a covered product issue, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label and postage.

WhyILike does not accept exchanges. To choose a different eligible noncustom product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

WhyILike does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return. After the item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the credit to appear; timing depends on the bank or payment provider.

Custom artwork cannot be changed after proof approval, and custom orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Custom products are nonreturnable except for a confirmed manufacturing defect, transit damage, or WhyILike production error.

Review every proof carefully. A change of mind, low-resolution logo, or error in customer-approved artwork does not qualify for a return.

Current WhyILike stands include a three-year replacement warranty for covered physical damage or NFC failure. Replacement—not a cash refund—is the warranty remedy. A covered warranty replacement is not an exchange.

The warranty excludes loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, harsh-chemical damage, and failures caused solely by third-party phones, mobile networks, internet connections, browsers, Google, or destination accounts.
