Shipping policy

Stands without a custom logo normally leave our facility within two business days. Custom-logo stands require artwork review and printing, and normally leave within five business days after proof approval. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During seasonal peaks, fulfillment may take a little longer; we will email you if an unusual delay affects your order.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a second email with tracking details once the carrier has scanned your package.

Standard shipping is free on every order. Any available expedited services and their exact prices appear at checkout before you place the order.

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and remote areas, severe weather, or seasonal volume can add transit time.

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders are not shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Contact support before ordering if you are unsure whether an address is eligible.

Check your address carefully before submitting an order. If it needs to change, contact us immediately. We can update an address only before the order has entered carrier transit.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If it has not moved for five business days, or if your parcel arrives damaged,contact customer supportwith your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help investigate and make a covered issue right.

Packages marked delivered should first be checked with household members, nearby safe locations, and the carrier. We cannot replace orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
