Scope
This policy applies when you visit this website, use a free tool, create a cart, place an order, contact whyilike, or otherwise use our online store. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
Order and contact information: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order contents, and customer-service messages.
Artwork and newsletter information: logo files and related production instructions that you submit for a customized order. When you choose to join the newsletter, we collect your email address and may collect the optional first name, business name, business type, location range, and product interests you provide. Until email verification is added, signup requests and optional profile responses are stored as unverified, append-only submissions and do not replace an existing subscriber profile or silently reactivate prior consent. A short-lived signup token and the information entered in that flow may be kept in your browser's session storage. Authorization to submit those optional preferences expires after 30 minutes; expired context is removed when the page reads it, and session storage normally ends when the browser tab or session closes.
Quote-request information: contact details, estimated quantity, branding, destination and shipping requirements, timeline, and project notes submitted through a bulk-quote form.
Business-lookup information: the business name and city, state, ZIP code, or other location text you enter when you ask the review-link tool to find a business. We send that query through a protected whyilike server endpoint to Google Maps Platform and return matching Google Places content so you can select the intended public listing. Do not enter a person's private address, customer information, health information, or other sensitive data in the lookup.
Payment information: payment providers process card and wallet details. We receive transaction status and limited payment metadata, not complete card numbers.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions collected through server logs, cookies, or similar technologies.
How we use information
- Process payment, fulfill orders, and provide delivery updates.
- Respond to questions, product issues, repairs, and warranty requests.
- Prepare and follow up on requested bulk, agency, reseller, or multi-location quotes.
- Provide a requested business lookup and return matching Google Places content.
- Protect the store and customers from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Maintain, measure, and improve products, content, and store performance.
- Personalize newsletter content using the optional business details and product interests you choose to provide.
- Send marketing only where permitted and honor unsubscribe choices.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the information reasonably needed by providers that help operate the store, such as commerce hosting, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, product media, analytics, fraud prevention, business lookup, email delivery, and shipping. These providers may include Stripe, Cloudflare, Google Maps Platform, Resend, analytics providers, and shipping carriers when those services are enabled. Uploaded artwork is stored in a private Cloudflare bucket and is not published as public product media.
When you run a business-name lookup, the business and location text you provide is sent to Google Maps Platform to supply results. Google's handling of information associated with that request is governed by the currentGoogle Privacy Policy. The lookup does not ask for your device's precise location.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage keeps checkout and security features working. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only when configured for this site and as required by applicable consent rules. Browser settings can block some storage, but doing so may interrupt cart or checkout functions.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the store, support orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
The business-lookup application does not intentionally write the raw business or location query, Google result content, selected Place ID, or generated review link to durable storage. To enforce short-term request limits, it stores a keyed pseudonymous identifier derived from network information together with the rate-limit window start and request count. It does not store the raw IP address in that rate-limit record. The security check sends a one-time challenge response and the request IP address to Cloudflare Turnstile for verification; the application does not intentionally retain the challenge response. Cloudflare may separately process ordinary request and security metadata while hosting and protecting the site.
The manual Place-ID fallback and the QR-code generator process the value you enter in your current browser tab. QR encoding and file creation do not upload the entered review URL or generated image towhyilike.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and policy changes
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information to the store.
